1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ci44 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ci44 website located at https://ci44.io, including all associated services, games, betting markets, account features, and payment facilities (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering a ci44 account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual games, promotions, or features, which are incorporated herein by reference.

ci44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ci44 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ci44 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ci44 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ci44 or had a ci44 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf, using your own funds, and are not acting as an agent or nominee for any other person.

ci44 reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of ci44 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one ci44 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ci44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold balances pending a full investigation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ci44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are approved. ci44 may conduct KYC checks at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Until KYC is completed to ci44's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ci44 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify ci44 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ci44 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.5 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your ci44 account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks, provided no outstanding issues are associated with the account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ci44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other supported bank transfers. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ci44 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit flow. ci44 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming controls applied to individual accounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing time for mobile financial service (MFS) methods such as bKash and Nagad is within one hour during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. ci44 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification, any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied, and there must be no pending investigation or responsible gaming restriction on the account. ci44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.5 Refusal of Transactions

ci44 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ci44 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (where applicable) are specified in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ci44 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk hedging strategies to complete wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors, and coordinating with other players to circumvent bonus conditions. Where bonus abuse is identified, ci44 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available for a limited time only. ci44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any commitments already entered into with individual players.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the ci44 sports betting platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selection, stake amount, and bet type before confirmation. ci44 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been placed and confirmed, except where expressly permitted under specific sport or market rules.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

ci44 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where the bet exceeds account or market limits, where the market has been suspended, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or insider information. The acceptance of a bet by ci44 does not constitute a waiver of this right with respect to future bets.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by ci44 where: the event is cancelled or abandoned, an obvious pricing error has occurred, a bet has been placed after the event result was known, or the bet falls within a market that is subsequently found to have been subject to corruption or manipulation. Void bets are settled at unit stake (i.e., the original stake is returned).

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events, including BPL matches, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup fixtures, and IPL games. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended or withdrawn without notice. ci44 is not liable for the unavailability of in-play markets at any given time.

6.5 Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply per market, per event, and per settlement period. These limits are displayed in the relevant market information. Any winnings in excess of applicable payout limits will be reduced to the stated maximum, regardless of the stated odds at the time of bet placement.

7. Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the ci44 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), and crash games — are governed by the rules of the respective game as implemented by the game provider. Game providers include but are not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.

Game outcomes on all ci44 casino titles are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes observed by live camera. ci44 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for outcomes resulting from network interruptions on the player's side during a game round.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the integrity of a game round, ci44 reserves the right to void that round and return the applicable stake. The decision of ci44 in such matters is final.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the net losses you can incur.

• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen reminders showing elapsed play time and net session outcome.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the chosen exclusion period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ci44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one player account or registering with false identity information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, using insider information, or placing bets in any coordinated manner intended to guarantee profit.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in contravention of Section 5.3 above.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ci44 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Allowing or facilitating any underage individual to access your ci44 account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ci44 Platform — including but not limited to the ci44 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and marketing materials — is the property of ci44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any ci44 content without the prior written consent of ci44. Any unauthorised use of ci44 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ci44 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

ci44's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ci44 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ci44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You assume sole responsibility for any risk associated with gambling on the Platform, including the risk of financial loss.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

ci44 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By registering a ci44 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ci44 implements SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data and financial information. However, ci44 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet, and you acknowledge this inherent risk.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ci44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ci44 will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where practicable, ci44 will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure and the return of any available balance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ci44 Platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact ci44 support in writing at [email protected] and allow ci44 a period of thirty (30) days to investigate and respond to your complaint. ci44 aims to resolve all player complaints promptly and in good faith.
